Customer information security is our top priority. Beginning May 31, 2021, we will add an extra layer of security to your Trust Reporter Client Access log in. This added layer of security is called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and gives you extra protection against fraud and identity theft. Two-Factor Authentication is a next level standard for protecting information accessed via the internet and we are excited to be adding this to our Trust Reporter platform. The process is simple to use and helps ensure that only you have access to your confidential account data.
The way it works is that when you are logging in you will enter your user name and password as usual. The system will generate a security code and send to you via a text message or voice message as per your preference. The voice message can be delivered to a mobile phone or landline.
In addition, we would like to encourage all clients to consider accessing your periodic statements electronically, as opposed to the less secure paper versions you may be receiving in the mail. Please contact your Account Officer for details on converting paper statements to electronic versions. It simple, more secure and is very eco-friendly!!!!!
