To improve your online security, your account access will soon require two factor authentication. Two factor authentication improves the security of your account by sending a passcode via text or voice message to your phone number to verify your identity, established by you. This prevents anyone but you from accessing your account, even if they know your password.
On or after 4/27/2021, TrustReporter users will be prompted to enter a phone number upon login. After that date, users will be asked to retrieve and enter a code that can be sent via text or voice message, at each login.
If you do not have a mobile phone, or if you frequently log in from a location with no mobile phone service, you can elect to have the code sent to a landline from an automated voice message.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact your Trust Officer or Client Service Associate and we will guide you through the process.
