TrustReporter - Invalid Session
 

Why did I receive an Invalid Session message?

The Invalid Session page will display in any of the following situations:

  • Your session has been inactive for more than 20 minutes (e.g. you have not clicked on any menus or viewed any reports for the past 20 minutes of your TrustReporter Session)

  • You have logged into TrustReporter from another location or browser with the same login used in the currently active TrustReporter session. Logging in from a second location while already logged in at your original location will invalidate the original session.

  • An emergency maintenance procedure started while you were logged in to TrustReporter which terminated your session, thereby making it invalid.

How do I resume my session?

You may resume your session by simply re-entering your Login ID and Password, and clicking "login" to the right of this message.
